An overdue invoice is money that should already be in your company’s cash flow. After calls, emails and repeated collection attempts, many of these amounts are eventually treated as almost lost.

But negative listing can create a new incentive for the debt to be settled.

According to a Serasa Experian study carried out in Brazil, 70.3% of the consumer debts analysed were paid within 30 days of negative listing.

This result does not mean that negative listing guarantees payment. Nor is it a recovery rate for Check NicePayer. It does, however, show that the mechanism can play a relevant role in a credit recovery strategy.
