Unless expressly stated otherwise, the informational content on the websiteis free. Professional services and digital products are made availableaccording to a proposal, contract, specific commercial page, campaign, orequivalent instrument, with price, currency, taxes, and applicableconditions indicated.
When electronic payment is available, it may be processed by transfer, bank reference, card, payment link, debit, integrated checkout, or other accepted methods, including through partners such as SIBS. The use of a payment provider does not transfer to NicePayer responsibility for financial system rules, strong authentication, anti-fraud controls, acquirer unavailability, or final validation of the payment method.
Accepted payment methods may include Multibanco reference or bank reference, card, transfer, debit, payment link, integrated checkout, SIBS, or another provider indicated at the time of contracting. Availability of each method may vary by country, service, campaign, contract, anti-fraud risk, currency, transaction amount, and provider rules.

Contracting, booking, environment activation, access provision, or service start is only considered confirmed after effective payment validation, when applicable.
Presentation of a receipt, payment order, initial authorisation, or payment attempt does not replace effective confirmation by the provider or financial institution. Whenever a distance consumer relationship is involved, mandatory rights provided by applicable law apply, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal within the legal period and under legally provided conditions.
Amounts paid to secure an appointment, slot reservation, operational activation, workshop, onboarding, technical availability, project preparation, team allocation, environment configuration, or resource blocking are a firm commitment and are intended for the advance allocation of capacity. For this reason, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, they are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal, absence, subsequent impossibility on the client's side, or no-show for reasons not attributable to NicePayer.
NicePayer may, at its sole discretion and without obligation, allow rescheduling, credit for future use, participant substitution, rebooking, or partial use of the amount paid, provided this is operationally feasible and requested with reasonable advance notice.
When cancellation, postponement, or impossibility of providing the service is attributable to NicePayer, NicePayer may choose between rescheduling the service, making commercial credit available for future use, or refunding amounts effectively paid, whenever there is no reasonable alternative solution and within the limits of applicable law.
When the consumer expressly requests the start of performance before the end of the legal withdrawal period, performance may begin immediately. In that case, if there is a valid withdrawal, a proportional amount may be due for the service effectively provided up to the moment of communication.
For services fully performed after an express request to start and acknowledgement of the legal consequences of that performance, the right of withdrawal may be lost, as permitted by law.
In operations dependent on scheduling, team, partners, environment availability, access issuance, payment validation by SIBS or another provider, calendar blocking, logistical preparation, or commercial unavailability to third parties, those factors will be considered for rescheduling, credit, or any refund.
This regime applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law and to the specific conditions included in a proposal, contract, checkout, or commercial document accepted by the client.
