Clients/users in Brazil: These Terms are governed by Brazilian law and by the LGPD. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen as the competent forum, with waiver of any other, except for mandatory consumer protection rules.

If there is a specific contract with its own governing law/jurisdiction clause, the contract will prevail.
